Lahore (Zuaib Butt) Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the Pakistan Army MI-17 helicopter crash in Muzaffarabad that resulted in the martyrdom of army personnel.
In his condolence message, Abdul Aleem Khan said the sacrifice of the brave soldiers who embraced martyrdom while performing national duties is a matter of immense pride for the nation. He paid tribute to the martyrs and prayed for the elevation of their ranks.
The federal minister extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed that they are granted patience and strength to bear the loss of their loved ones.
Separately, Abdul Aleem Khan also expressed deep sorrow over the tragic tourist van fire on the Murree Expressway that claimed precious lives. He conveyed his condolences to the affected families and said the entire nation stands with them in their grief.
Praying for the departed souls and the speedy recovery of the injured, he urged motorists and travelers to strictly observe all safety precautions while travelling on highways and motorways to help prevent such unfortunate incidents.
Abdul Aleem Khan said protecting human lives must remain a collective responsibility and stressed the importance of following safety guidelines to reduce risks during travel.
