Lahore (Zuaib Butt) The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC) has announced an extension in the registration schedule for Class 9 students for the Academic Session 2026–2028, providing additional time for schools and students to complete the registration process.
According to the revised schedule, regular students can now submit their registration forms without any late fee until June 22, 2026. The registration period without late charges, which began on April 25, has been officially extended under the new notification.
The committee has further decided that registrations will continue to be accepted from June 23 to July 7, 2026, subject to a late fee of Rs600 per student.
Education authorities have advised all educational institutions to ensure timely submission of student data and registration forms within the revised deadlines to avoid any inconvenience.
The extension is expected to facilitate schools and students who were unable to complete the registration process within the previously announced timeframe.
A formal notification regarding the revised schedule has been issued, and all affiliated institutions have been directed to comply with the updated registration timeline.
